Continental Breakfast (due to covid19---Otherwise it would have been plentiful.) was plentiful & nutritious. Room cleanliness & comfort were excellent, bedding was clean & warm, heating unit was quiet and efficient, bathroom and all corners were immaculate, shower head actually massaged sore muscles, bathroom & sink were immaculate, bed pillows were big and firm. The lobby is spacious with tables & furniture spaced very well. To me, this is a 5-star hotel

We stay at this Quality when we have medical procedures at a nearby hospital. This was our 2nd visit. We absolutely love the quiet, comfort, cleanliness and friendliness of the entire staff! It's always the best part of our trips. It's like a dear friend's house where we're always warmly welcomed. The price is very affordable for us too

Booked for a hot tub..said it would cost more because it didn't show up on my booked room..they didn't charge me extra. Gave me the hot tub room at the same rate
